Take a Moment, Breath and Regroup
I've recorded this meditation first for myself, and now I'm sharing it with you!
This is a take on Dr. Les Fehmi's Open Focus Meditation.
It helps me to focus on objects outside of myself, then the space between myself and those objects; then bringing that focus inward, first on certain parts of my body, then to sensations, and finally the space between everything. How universal it is!
